Who can use this system?
- Current resident in Binghamton University housing
- New or new transfer student admitted for the 2024-2025 academic year (portal opens for new admits in April 2024)
- Binghamton Univeristy student returning from medical leave with permission from Residential Life
- Binghamton University student returning from study abroad with permission from Residential Life
- Have activated your Binghamton University computer account and email
Getting started
- To proceed, you will need your User ID/User Name which was sent to you in your application acknowledgement notifications.
- Activate your Binghamton University Computer Account (if you haven't done so already)
If you still can't log in to housing:
- Reset your Binghamton Account password.
- Attempt to log in again
- Still can't get in? Please send an email to housing@binghamton.edu describing your issue.
- Don't forget to tell us who you are!
Summer Housing 2024
Summer housing is available to Binghamton University students taking summer courses and/or engaging in University sponsored programs or research which necessitate being on campus for the summer. All Summer housing is in the Apartments Community. Staffing, food service and transportation are limited.
Summer housing is only available from May 27th through August 10th. Requests for early arrivals and late stays cannot be accommodated.
Summer Term Dates & Rates:
- Term 1 housing dates: May 27–July 2 ($1470)
- Term 2 housing dates: July 7–August 10 ($1470)
- Full summer housing dates: May 27–August 10 ($3234)
Application Deadline
The deadline to submit summer housing applications is Friday, April 26.
We will not be able to accommodate requests for housing after this deadline.
